Project Overview

This customer sells on domestic and overseas EC marketplaces as a side business. Because they handled shipping tasks in between their main job, they could not match dedicated professional operators in weekday coverage or inspection quality, and their sales had plateaued. Distributing the work across multiple vendors had also conversely become a cause of rising costs.
