To check delivery status, request a change of delivery, or arrange redelivery after a missed delivery, please proceed via the "Cargo Tracking Service" screen below.

*Deliveries for items purchased on specific EC sites or from specific sellers cannot be checked through our Cargo Tracking Service.
If a delivery-attempt notice issued by the EC site or seller has been left for you, please
contact the QR code, URL, or contact point stated on that notice.
If you do not have a delivery-attempt notice at hand, please contact the EC site or seller company, or if a cargo tracking URL has been sent to you,
please check that.

If you do not know the tracking number to search for in the "Cargo Tracking Service"

If there is a company you placed your order with, please contact them to confirm the number and status.

If searching by tracking number in the "Cargo Tracking Service" returns no matching delivery
