Our Strengths

Founded in 2013 as a specialist in cross-border e-commerce logistics, our company has taken on the role of supporting the supply chains that the Meito Group companies operate both in Japan and overseas. To achieve the smooth market supply of cross-border e-commerce products and a wide variety of other goods, we have built a warehouse network covering all of Japan, while providing the full range of sales logistics functions on a global scale.

The logistics systems and operational know-how we have built for the Meito Group are also widely used by customers outside the Group. In addition to cross-border e-commerce, which is our specialty, we have a proven track record of handling logistics operations for a wide range of items, from large equipment such as medical devices and machine tools to office sundries and cosmetics. We provide seamless coverage spanning so-called manufacturer logistics through to downstream distribution logistics such as the operation of consolidated distribution centers, with sales to non-Group customers reaching approximately 50%.

One of our strengths is our "on-site capability." At each of the sites responsible for transport, distribution and warehouse operations, we devote particular effort to daily improvement activities. Staff share ideas for operational reform among themselves and repeat a cycle of trial, verification, execution and establishment, thereby achieving cost reductions and higher service levels. This "on-site capability," which we have thoroughly refined since our founding, is the very source of the support we now receive from many customers.

Our "operational design expertise"—proposing and building the optimal logistics systems tailored to each customer's business characteristics—is another of our strengths. The development and implementation of logistics information systems such as TMS (transport management systems) and WMS (warehouse management systems), as well as the creation of highly productive in-warehouse operational schemes, are led primarily by experienced specialist staff. In particular, our LT (Logistics Technology) team specializes in operational design that makes full use of state-of-the-art automation and material-handling equipment, including logistics robots.

By leveraging the extensive domestic and international transport, distribution and warehouse networks operated by our company and the Meito Group, customers can stand up a new logistics structure in a short period of time. Furthermore, the "shared use" of existing logistics infrastructure together with other customers also leads to reductions in logistics costs.

You may have the impression that we are "a logistics company specializing in cross-border e-commerce."
