What Is Proxy Purchasing?

When overseas customers want to buy products from Japanese e-commerce sites or physical stores, Meito purchases the items on their behalf within Japan, inspects and consolidates them, and forwards them overseas. We eliminate the barriers of language, payment, and export procedures all in one service.

The customer sends the URL or product number of the desired item. We accept requests via our own platform (Maimaiti) or by email.

STEP 02

Meito Purchases on Your Behalf in Japan

Meito staff purchase the product on the customer's behalf from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Rakuten, and Mercari, or from physical stores.

STEP 03

Receipt & Inspection at the Meito Warehouse

The product arrives at our own bonded warehouse (Osaka) located inside a Japan Post facility. We inspect the exterior, quantity, and accessories.

STEP 04

Consolidation & Packing

By consolidating multiple orders into a single box, we optimize shipping costs. We also adjust the packing method to suit the customer's preferences.

STEP 05

Customs Clearance & International Forwarding

Our in-house customs department processes the export declaration. Through the JPGOODBUY forwarding network, we ship to more than 100 countries.

STEP 06

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After shipping, we provide a real-time tracking number. Our bilingual Japanese-Chinese support team assists you all the way through to completed delivery.
