For shopping assistance, review these costs when ordering. For forwarding, pay the retailer directly for items and domestic shipping; item prices are not charged again.
Warehouse and dispatch stage
Warehouse services and storage + route shipping, including applicable service fees and surcharges
Calculated from your selected services and final packed shipment data. Insurance and destination taxes are shown separately as applicable to the route.

For shopping assistance, calculate product options, quantities and applicable fees. For forwarding, use the amount paid to the retailer. Add domestic shipping according to the retailer’s terms.
Add selected warehouse services
Selected handling charges + applicable storage + separately charged packing materials
Itemize photos and checks, item receiving, reweighing, consolidation and packing. Do not add charges for free options or handling and materials already included in a selected service. Overdue storage follows the warehouse’s rules and actual storage period.
Calculate international shipping after packing
Selected route shipping charge + applicable route service fees and surcharges
Estimate by entering the warehouse, destination and weight. Final shipping uses packed dimensions and weight under the selected route’s rules, including weight bands or volumetric weight where applicable. Do not add service fees or surcharges again if the route quote already includes them.
Review insurance, taxes and the amount due
Applicable costs above + selected insurance + destination taxes or other handling charges
Shipping estimates exclude optional services, insurance and customs duties. Whether taxes are collected upfront, who collects them and when they are due depend on the route and destination. A shipping estimate is not the full landed cost.

Prepare the estimated weight and destination for the official shipping calculator. After handling is complete, pay against the services, shipping and amount due shown in your account.

No. Estimates compare route costs and exclude optional services, insurance and duties. Add selected handling, materials, storage and applicable taxes. Final shipping uses the packed parcel data.
Do I pay JPGOODBUY for items when using forwarding?
Pay the shopping site directly for items and the retailer’s domestic shipping. JPGOODBUY charges for the receiving, optional services and international shipping you use, without charging the retailer’s item price again.
Which published fees should I use?
Check the applicable brand, warehouse, charging conditions and current prices for each fee. Please refer to JPGOODBUY’s current published rates and your confirmed quote.
Is there a single delivery guarantee?
Transit times vary by shipping method and destination. Processing time and transport time should be confirmed separately.
