What Is Warehousing & Storage
Warehousing refers to the framework by which a company stores the products and raw materials it handles safely and efficiently for a certain period of time. It is an indispensable function for companies whose business activities are premised on inventory—such as manufacturers, retailers, and e-commerce businesses. More than simply providing space, warehousing contributes to the stability of overall business operations through maintaining inventory accuracy, quality control, and the reliable management of receiving and shipping records.
There are several types of warehouses. Representative examples include the DC (Distribution Center), which holds inventory and handles shipping, and the TC (Transfer Center), which performs sorting and transloading to move products through distribution in a short period of time. Because DCs can flexibly respond to fluctuations in demand, they are widely used in e-commerce and retail, while TCs play the role of connecting bulk transport with small-lot delivery, realizing an efficient distribution network. In addition, there are specialized warehouses tailored to the items stored and their intended purpose—such as bonded warehouses, refrigerated warehouses, and hazardous-materials warehouses—and a choice must be made to suit the nature of the business.
Modern warehousing has evolved beyond the long-term storage of products alone into an operation that handles everything up to shipment preparation, including ancillary tasks such as inspection, label application, and value-added processing. For companies, warehousing can be described as a foundational function for simultaneously achieving optimization of logistics costs, stable supply, and improved service quality.

Making Logistics Smarter from Strategic Bases in Tokyo & Osaka
A Flexible Collection & Delivery Structure That Balances Efficiency and Speed.
We operate our own warehouses in the two major metropolitan areas of Osaka and Tokyo, which carry some of the largest logistics demand in Japan, achieving highly efficient logistics operations that leverage the characteristics of each region. At each facility, we do more than simply store products—we design optimal storage layouts according to cargo volume and shipping frequency, and we maintain a structure that can flexibly respond to seasonal fluctuations, promotional periods, and more.
In addition, by utilizing our independently built collection network, we enable stable collection service from customers' bases and suppliers, both within and outside the metropolitan areas. This also contributes to practical operational improvements such as optimizing delivery costs and shortening lead times.
Furthermore, at our general warehouses, in addition to storage functions, we can handle the ancillary tasks essential to logistics operations on a one-stop basis—including picking, inspection, packing, label application, shipping management, and stocktaking. We provide these functions not as a packaged set but as a modular service in which you can select and adopt only the tasks you need, enabling optimal operational design according to your industry, the products handled, and your transaction format.
We respond flexibly according to a company's growth stage and logistics challenges—from a small start to phased expansion. More than simply providing warehouse space, please make use of our general warehouse service as a strategic logistics base that supports the optimization of on-site logistics and the improvement of management efficiency.
We are also well versed in e-commerce logistics, and for deliveries to major e-commerce logistics centers such as FBA (Amazon Fulfillment Center) and RSL (Rakuten Super Logistics), we handle everything on a one-stop basis, including the complex pre-processing of delivery requirements, inbound reservations, and more. By thoroughly complying with the specifications for each product and each delivery destination, we minimize the risk of delivery errors and inbound delays.
