Meito Inc. maintains a dedicated software development team and, under a founder-led "customs × IT × bonded operations × academic research" four-in-one R&D framework, develops in-house the core systems that cover every stage of the logistics process.
From WMS (warehouse management), OMS (order management), ERP (core system), SCM (supply chain), the import declaration system and NACCS integration through to linkage with fully automated sorters, everything is developed in-house and provided to our customers free of charge. We also flexibly support API integration, bulk Excel import and connection to third-party platforms.

Customs: our own customs brokerage license
We maintain a team of licensed customs specialists authorized by Osaka Customs and Tokyo Customs, capable of handling complex situations such as tariff classification queries and customs inspections. We have also participated in the design of new schemes such as simplified customs clearance for small ocean shipments, and our systems are developed in collaboration with frontline customs staff.
IT: in-house development team
Two years ago we completed system upgrades for NACCS 7th-generation compatibility, achieving automated processing capability for high-volume orders. Everything from WMS, OMS and ERP to customs declaration is developed in-house and continuously updated.
Bonded operations: our own bonded warehouses
We design and refine our systems based on real operations—such as devanning and automated sorting—at our own bonded warehouses: 7,300㎡ at Osaka Nanko plus 3,383㎡ at Tokyo GLP.
Academic research: led by a Kyoto University researcher
Founder Liu Zhao leads our research and development. Research findings on "supply chain network optimization," presented at international academic conferences in his capacity as a Kyoto University researcher, are implemented directly into our system algorithms, achieving comprehensive optimization of cost and lead time.

Warehouse management
Centrally manage inbound/outbound, location, picking and inventory threshold alerts. Operating 24 hours a day with processing capacity of 2,000 items/h, we achieve same-day processing and same-day dispatch.
Order management
Omni-channel order intake: automatic API integration, manual slip creation and bulk Excel import. A slip number is assigned the moment orders are imported, with no waiting for inbound processing.
Enterprise resource planning
Integrates accounting, sales and inventory workflows. You can manage orders directly from your own clients, with automatic synchronization through system integration—providing the basis for fine-grained operational decisions.
Supply chain
Visualize and optimize the entire process from procurement to delivery. Academic research on supply chain network optimization is implemented into our algorithms to optimize the balance between cost and lead time.
Import declaration system
Systematized import declaration via NACCS 7th-generation integration. Through automatic data generation, integrated translation and check-and-submit, we achieve document-consistent advance declaration for export permission in as little as 1 second.
*"Export permission in as little as 1 second" refers to the shortest response time to receive an export permission notice via electronic declaration to NACCS (the Nippon Automated Cargo and Port Consolidated System). Actual times vary depending on the cargo, declaration content and the customs examination category.
Shipment tracking / third-party integration
Retrieve post-dispatch tracking information in real time. We integrate closely with major carrier systems such as Sagawa, Yamato, Japan Post and Seino, and offer proprietary support even for blank slips.
A first in Japan: simplified customs clearance system for small ocean shipments
Following repeated consultations with Osaka Customs, Meito became the first and only company within Osaka Customs authorized to make customs declarations for small ocean shipments. Combining our in-house customs system, a fully automated sorting line and automatic WMS/OMS data processing, we have built Japan's first "customs cleared in seconds, dispatched immediately" solution.

Fully automated sorting line (system + hardware linkage)
Through customs-approved equipment installation and real-time API integration with our in-house systems, we have made the entire flow of weighing, measuring and sorting unmanned.
Automatic weighing/measuring inbound
After packages are automatically weighed and measured, the data is instantly transferred to the system via API. No manual data entry is required.
Automatic sorting and drop into the designated chute
Automatic sorting based on system settings. Items are dropped into their designated positions by destination, carrier and order status.
Automatic alerts for abnormal items
For packages with abnormal size, weight or barcode, the system automatically raises an alert and sorts them into an exception-handling lane, achieving zero quality loss.

1. Inventory management (with threshold alerts)
Inventory data is synchronized in real time. Replenishment thresholds can be set for each customer, and when stock falls below the lower limit the system automatically displays a red warning, supporting accurate replenishment planning.
2. Order import (omni-channel support)
We offer three methods—automatic API integration, manual slip creation, and bulk Excel import (using our template or custom support for each marketplace's export format)—to significantly improve operational efficiency.
3. Order export (multi-axis data analysis)
A shipping slip number is assigned immediately after order import (no waiting for dispatch preparation). All data can be exported in bulk across multiple axes such as date, status and slip number. Freed from manual tallying, you gain support for sales analysis and high-precision decision-making.
Quick freight quote system (now live)

This is a quick freight quote system that we developed in-house and have made publicly available on the web. Simply enter the origin and destination postal codes and it automatically calculates the delivery distance, instantly displaying an estimated freight charge for each vehicle type (2t / 4t / 10t / consolidated / trailer). It supports Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

For customers who do not have their own system, Meito provides its in-house developed WMS (warehouse management) and OMS (order management) free of charge. You can use them directly as your own dedicated system, with zero implementation burden—no introduction fees, no monthly system usage charges.

Our in-house developed WMS and OMS can be used free of charge as your own system. You can manage inventory, inbound/outbound and orders in real time, with no initial implementation cost whatsoever.
Proxy entry of orders
For customers unfamiliar with the operations, Meito staff will handle proxy entry of order data on your behalf. Operations can be completed entirely on our side, minimizing your workload.
Omni-channel import (bulk CSV/Excel)
We support bulk import via CSV/Excel for orders from each marketplace and channel. Using our template or custom support for each marketplace's export format, you can import orders from all channels at once.
