For air parcels already sold to individual buyers in Japan, we provide customs declarations, airport collection and home delivery within Japan after arrival at Kansai International Airport.
What we offer
About 90% cleared and collected the same day
When documents are provided one day in advance and the flight arrives at Kansai International Airport before 8:00 a.m. Japan time, customs clearance and airport collection can be completed the same day in approximately 90% of cases.
Documents one day ahead
Provide the air waybill, flight information, and product and order details the day before arrival.
Arrival before 8:00 a.m.
This applies only to flights arriving at Kansai International Airport before 8:00 a.m. Japan time.
Same-day clearance and collection
When these conditions are met, customs clearance and airport collection can be completed the same day in approximately 90% of cases.
Flights arriving at or after 8:00 a.m., including afternoon arrivals, are outside this same-day timing estimate. Actual progress depends on customs clearance and release.

Eligible goods and shipment size
- For e-commerce orders sold to individual buyers before arrival in Japan, with direct delivery to their homes after customs clearance.
- Each master air waybill (MAWB) must total at least 100 kg. Each parcel under a house air waybill (HAWB) must weigh no more than 20 kg.
Items currently not accepted on this service
- Adult products are currently not accepted.
- Items that directly contact food are currently not accepted, including kitchen utensils, kettles, drinking cups, coffee pots, barbecue grill grates, tableware, knives, blenders and juicers.
Age requirements for children’s toys
Toys intended for children aged 6 and over can follow the normal shipping process. Toys intended for children under 6 are currently not accepted.
Simplified clearance requirements and standard clearance
Simplified-clearance acceptance criteria for this service
- The declared value plus freight must be less than JPY 10,000.
- Each parcel under a house air waybill (HAWB) must not exceed 20 kg.
- Do not include goods requiring standard clearance, such as knitted clothing. Please inquire separately about standard clearance for those goods.
The value and weight limits above are this service’s acceptance criteria. Tax exemption and the declaration method depend on Customs rules and the actual goods.
Before shipping: arrange data submission and prepare documents
Customs data must be exchanged through an API. Confirm the submission method with our team and submit complete information no later than the day before the flight arrives.
Information to prepare
- Flight details: MAWB and HAWB numbers, flight, origin and the expected arrival date and time at Kansai International Airport.
- Order details: each buyer’s name, phone number and address in Japan, plus product names, quantities, declared values and freight charges.
- Parcel details: packed dimensions and weight, with the corresponding HAWB and order for each parcel.
- Product details: materials, intended use, product links or purchase records. Include the intended age range for toys. We will advise if Customs requires additional information.
